Attorney Kyriakidis graduated from Pace University in New York with a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice. After attending Pace University Graduate School in public administration, she relocated to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to attend New England School of Law where she received her Juris Doctor. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, State of New York and the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts.
Despina began her legal career practicing civil litigation, estate planning and probate administration for a firm located near Boston. She later managed that firm's litigation department.
Since joining Gosselin Law, her practice has concentrated in probate litigation, including will and fiduciary contests, and probate and trust administration. In one of her more unique cases she successfully defended a challenge to the Massachusetts Intestacy laws before the Appeals Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Despina lives in the greater Boston area and is married to an officer of the United States Army Judge Advocate General's Corps.
