Serving Massachusetts and New Hampshire, Mr. Gosselin manages one of the most dynamic probate administration and elder law practices in the region. His services include matters relating to the appointment of executor or administrator, preparation of inventory and accounting and all matters related to estate taxation.
Attorney Gosselin's practice counsels seniors with long term care concerns and requiring elder law advice, ranging from emergency assistance with mental health matters (including guardianship) to Medicaid applications and appeals.
In addition to probate administration and elder law, Attorney Gosselin also manages a very successful real estate practice. He has acted as counsel or closing agent in over ten thousand real estate transactions and his firm regularly advises parties on purchase and sale agreements, mortgages, and financial and title disputes.
Attorney Gosselin lectures extensively on real estate, probate, estate planning and elder law. In addition to being called upon as a legal expert for such publications as The Boston Globe and Boston Magazine, Attorney Gosselin is part of the adjunct faculty at Suffolk University's Sawyer Graduate School of Management as a Professor of Finance. He offers in-service and continuing education courses to social workers, mortgage professionals and financial planners.

Bio
Attorney Gratch graduated from American University in Washington, D.C. with a Bachelor of Arts with dual degrees in International Studies and Jewish Studies. After graduation, she began working for the International Monetary Fund, an international organization established to ensure the stability of the international monetary system. After working for the IMF, Attorney Gratch sought employment at a local law firm before deciding to attend law school.
Nicole earned her J.D. from New England School of Law and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. She concentrates her practice in estate planning matters, working with clients to draft and execute their estate planning documents.
When not handling legal matters, Nicole is involved with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital where she is an active member of the planning committee for TomorrowNite, Boston's premier annual charity event for St. Jude's.
Attorney Gratch grew up in Fort Worth,Texas and resides on the the South Shore.

Attorney Koustomiris joined Gosselin & Associates, P.C. as a Real Estate and Litigation attorney.
Ms. Koustomiris graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the Massachusetts School of Law and is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.
She focuses her legal career in the areas of Real Estate and Litigation matters before the Land Court. Attorney Koustimiris regularly handles matters in the firm's satellite offices and by arrangement with clients statewide in Massachusetts. When she is not handling a Real Estate matter, attorney Koustomiris enjoys traveling to visit her family in Greece.

Attorney Kyriakidis graduated from Pace University in New York with a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice. After attending Pace University Graduate School in public administration, she relocated to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to attend New England School of Law.
Attorney Kyriakidis began her legal career practicing in civil litigation, estate planning and probate administration for a firm located near Boston. She later managed that firm’s litigation department. Since joining Gosselin & Associates, P.C., she has concentrated her practice on probate litigation, and probate and trust administration, including will and fiduciary contests. In one of her more unique cases she successfully defended a challenge to the Massachusetts Intestacy laws before the Appeals Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She prides herself on being a forceful litigator while maintaining compassion for families in their time of loss.
Attorney Kyriakidis is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, State of New York and United States District Court, District of Massachusetts. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, New York Bar Association and American Bar Association.
Attorney Kyriakidis now lives in the greater Boston area and is married to an officer of the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps.

Colin Smith, who concentrates his practice in complex litigation, graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Attorney Smith completed his J.D. at the Boston University School of Law and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Federal District of Massachusetts and in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Stacie Stewart graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She earned her J.D. from New England School of Law where she was a Dean's List graduate of the evening division, while working full time. Ms. Stewart is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and her admission to the bar of the State of Connecticut is pending.
Before joining Gosselin & Associates, P.C., Stacie was the Estate Planning Coordinator for a busy solo practitioner North of Boston, where she drafted and reviewed estate plans. Ms. Stewart closed real estate transactions and performed title examinations in prior positions.
Ms. Stewart focuses her practice on all real estate matters, from title examination to conveyancing to land court matters and is the title attorney for the firm. As title attorney, Stacie is responsible for examining title and resolving title issues throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. As an integral part of Gosselin Law's real estate team, Stacie represents buyers and sellers and performs real estate closing services in the firm's service area. Ms. Stewart is experienced with reverse mortgages, and short sales.
Ms. Stewart resides on the North Shore.

Adam Yourell graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Providence College, and earned his Juris Doctorate from the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University in Washington D.C. He is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.
Attorney Yourell primarily focuses his practice in real estate and probate, and is also involved in small business set-up, particularly restaurants. Attorney Yourell is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Notary Public in the state of Massachusetts, as well as a Commissioner of Deeds in New Hampshire.

Melissa Brickley graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a Bachelor of Science degree in both legal studies and environmental science with a concentration in environmental policy. After graduating, Ms. Brickley worked for the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, a statutory authority responsible for the upkeep and management of Harbour land in Sydney, Australia and the surrounding areas. Her prime focus was constructing and implementing an overall marketing plan for the Educational Services and Tour department of the authority.
Upon returning to the United States, Melissa began working for a technologies firm in Burlington, MA, that provides automated document processing solutions for litigation support and other industries that rely on manual database-entry. In this position, Melissa functioned as a team leader and was responsible for overall quality control of projects under her command.
In a return to marketing, Melissa took the position of Director of Client Services at Gosselin & Associates, P.C. Here, she is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and largely focuses on the firm's marketing effort which includes website development and community outreach.
